No longer do you need to worry about the shopping, planning, cooking and cleaning; My Secret Chef is your modern day answer. Service includes: initial consultation; complete food questionnaire for likes/dislikes, allergies, dietary and medical needs; custom menu planning; grocery shopping; meal preparation; packaging; labeling; re-heating instructions; as well as total kitchen clean-up. Groceries are billed separately allowing for personal ingredient choices. - Do you provide In-Home Catering or Special Events?
This is Chef Heather's area of specialty! Dinner Parties? Cocktail Hours? Interactive cooking classes? Romantic Dinner for 2? Or just an evening where you don't want to lift a finger? Chef Heather will design a custom gourmet menu for your approval, do all the shopping, cooking and clean-up, while you get to relax and enjoy your special event in the comfort of your own home. Chef Heather specializes in healthy nutritional cooking and helping clients adopt a more beneficial and healthful lifestyle; especially with international cuisines. Chef Heather is a culinary school graduate, a certified Culinarian with the American Culinary Federation (ACF), a premier member of the United States Personal Chef Association (USPCA) and is ServSafe Food Protection Manager certified. - Why can’t you just cook it and drop it off for me?
My Secret Chef is a personal chef service business and is not run out of a commercial kitchen. Thus in order to be in compliance with local and state health regulations, the cooking must be done in the clients’ kitchen. My Secret Chef is fully licensed and insured. - What areas do you service?
Primarily East Broward County, Fort Lauderdale areas (Downtown, Galt Ocean Mile, Fort Lauderdale Beach, Las Olas, Lauderdale-by-the-Sea). Longer distances may incur a small travel fee. - Is your service affordable?
